the front staff, Kayla was so polite and accommodating to us..we made a last minute 3rd party reservation and it wasn't in the system by time we arrived and she kept looking for it (45 mins later) and we were able to wait in the lobby until it was ready. She even comped us some goodies from the essentials corner which was super above and beyond nice of her.

Perhaps the breakfast could be extended one half hour to 10:30 instead of 10:00 am. Liked the location. I very much appreciated that your price was reasonable on short notice. Many thanks for that.

The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. We appreciated the large desk area, fridge and microwave. The kids loved the pool. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Really liked the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were new, clean and generally comfortable. Not luxury but fabulous value. We used this same chain when visiting colleges with my daughter. Great overall value and appreciated that I could stay one night over the weekend.

Decent hotel, clean, good sized rooms, indoor pool for the kids and a small gym that's good enough. Breakfast was fine with the basics... They also let us check out late, which was nice.

Quick, easy and friendly checkin.We didn't spend much time there and didn't get a chance to use the pool but we did check it out and it looked nice and clean and felt warm to the hand. Would definitely stay again if I returned to the area.

Breakfast was honestly spectacular, the beds were comfortable. It felt so luxurious for being affordable. Would 100% come back if we’re in the area again!

For a 25yr old hotel, we thought it was in great shape. The room size was larger than expected. We thought the breakfast was good and the seating area for it was very warm/inviting. The gentleman maintaining the breakfast did a wonderful job. Everything was stocked and tables were wiped down frequently. All the staff was very friendly. Although we did not use the pool, it looked like a very nice area.

Staff was great. Anthony, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. My biggest frustration was WiFi did not work in our room— I would not know about rest of building— but not in our room. When I complained about this— I was given a small dis Kung. Overall- was good. 🙂
